The Offshore Cruiser Fleet consists of sailboats between 15 and 30 feet in length.  Mooring are available for the larger boats to be stored in the water.

  • Boats are larger and able to sail in more varied conditions than other fleets – typically setup time for sailing is about 45 minutes.
  • Difficult to master – This boats are not recommended for the beginner.  However for those with basic sailing skills, they offer the opportunity to fully develop and fine tune your skills.
  • Regular maintenance and upkeep more intensive than other fleets – the boats are larger and more complex than other boats and will require the owners to have considerable skills and willingness to maintain the boats.
  • Regular Scheduled Racing  -- Due to the harder work involved with sailing these boats, races are schedule during the cooler months of the year.  Typically two racing seasons (Fall Season - usually from September-December and Spring Season - Late January- March.
